These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qrexium mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Stepan Prokopenko ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is rated for users aged 3 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the Service, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and is responsible for the child’s use of the Service and any data provided.
An account is required to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of any data you submit, scan, or upload to the Service ("User Content"), including barcodes, QR codes, account information, and stored scan history. Such data may be securely stored on our servers to provide the Service’s functionality.
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process User Content solely for operating and improving the Service.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Qrexium is a paid application with a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments and refunds are handled through the applicable app store and subject to its policies.
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that barcode or QR code scans will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
